The Bank Business Account

• Business customers are allowed an earnings credit based on their investable balance.
• The earnings credit rate is determined by The Bank.
• The earnings credit is applied as an offset to the accumulated fees.

• $15.00 monthly flat fee.
• $.095 charged per item for checks written.
• $.065 charged per item for deposited items.

The Bank Investment Account

• Limit of six preauthorized transactions per statement cycle, with no more than three checks in payment to third parties, as regulated by law.
• $10.00 fee if your average balance drops below $5000.00 during the cycle.

• $1.00 required for opening balance.
• Personal wallet corporate image checks at no charge.

Customer definition: A customer of The Bank is an individual, partnership,
proprietorship, corporation or LLC that has maintained an active demand
deposit account for a period of one year. The average collected minimum
balance should be equal to $700 or greater.
